Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Agents, provided by Creative Intelligence, including the hosted web service, native clients, and connected local runtime features. By using Agents, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Access and account security

Use Agents only through an account and access you are authorized to use. Some features or deployments require an invitation or approval. You must be an adult able to agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

Keep your account, device access, credentials, and connected provider permissions secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us at help@creative-int.com if you believe your access has been compromised.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you submit to Agents. You give Creative Intelligence permission to store, transmit, display, and otherwise process that content as needed to provide and secure the service, carry out your instructions, and respond to support requests. This includes processing by service providers and sending relevant context to agents and tools you configure or authorize.

Submit only content you have permission to use and share. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for connected projects, files, accounts, and systems. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Follow applicable law and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
• Access and operate only systems you are authorized to use. Do not use Agents to steal credentials, distribute malware, harass others, or bypass access controls.
• Do not disrupt the service, exploit it to harm others, or interfere with its security or availability.

AI output and actions

Agents helps coordinate AI systems and tools. Their output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable, and automated actions can have unintended effects. Review results and permissions before relying on them. You are responsible for deciding whether to authorize consequential actions, including changes to code, data, accounts, communications, or external systems.

Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for decisions that require professional judgment. Keep appropriate backups and safeguards for systems you connect.

Third-party services

Agents works with third-party authentication, hosting, AI providers, harnesses, and tools. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. You are responsible for applicable third-party account requirements, permissions, and fees. Availability and behavior of those services may change independently of Agents.

Changes, availability, and ending access

Agents is evolving and may include beta or experimental features. We may change or discontinue features, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, failures, or security reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of every work record.

You can stop using Agents at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Contact help@creative-int.com for account closure or data requests. Stopping access or disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete hosted records, local copies, or records held by third parties; see the Privacy Policy.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agents is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service or its output will be error-free or meet every requirement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Agents, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes rights you have under non-waivable law.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms and will publish the updated version here with a revised date. We will provide additional notice where required. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using Agents. Questions can be sent to Creative Intelligence at help@creative-int.com.
